Our building process begins from your initial consultation to the post-molding operation. We take note of your requests, create components we are confident you’ll love, and use cutting-edge analysis techniques to validate the process. We also offer retail-ready packaging, hot stamping, and pad printing to ensure your satisfaction.

Our molds are generally constructed out of P20 or equivalent steel.  We can outfit them with recessed water fittings,  heat-treated cavity cores, subgates, hydraulic or collapsible cores, and mechanical slides with lift mechanisms. We can construct your mold with a  hot runner system for our larger volume parts.

We offer different molding types based on your industry and requirements. Our plastic injection molding types include silicone molding, metal injection molding, overmolding, rubber molding, and custom injection molding.

With 3D printing and prototyping, we can construct a 3D drawing from a physical part or a 2D drawing and provide a prototype for you. Our techniques include 3D printing and machining.

Our design team includes engineers and designers with a wealth of knowledge and experience in injection molding, including materials, software programming, and the latest 3D Solid Modeling software.
